Self-Centered Therapy: Your Partner in Mental Health

Why Self Centered?

Welcome, I'm glad you're here! 


My name is Jessica McJunkin-Flatts, LMHC, RYT, RCYT (she/her). 


Self~Centered Therapy was born out of my desire to help individuals find comfort in choosing themselves. Not from a self serving, superficial space... but from a self care, self reflective internal desire to love ourselves a little bit more. 


I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Certified Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher. My primary goal is to support folks through the ups and the downs and everything in between. My favorite thing to tell prospective and current clients is "We aren't only here to tackle what's wrong but to lift what feels right". 


Life isn't always easy but I stand by ensuring we don't just sit in our pain but we take time to find it, address it, work through it, and bask in our chosen joy! 


I AM my communities keeper and I pride myself on supporting and helping individuals develop who they want to be. 


A lot of our time is spent focused on meeting the needs and expectations of others in our personal and professional lives. 


Finding our center is vital to our well-being. 


It’s important to make time for yourself and be a little....Self Centered!
